Guidance overall still agrees that high pressure to the north of
the Hawaiian Islands will maintain breezy to strong trade winds
over the next few days that may again rejuvinate into next
weekend. A mostly dry pattern is expected with the state in a
position to the west of a mean upper trough position. Expect
mainly light showers for windward/mauka locations into midweek. By
later week, some influx of increased moisture into the islands
from the southeast of the state may fuel some uptick of
precipitation chances across the islands.
