OBSERVATIONS INDICATED LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW FALLING ACROSS THE

SLOWLY INTO THE UPPER MIDWEST. WEST OF THE SURFACE LOW...HEAVY
SNOW WILL CONTINUE ACROSS THE NORTHERN PLAINS THROUGH TUESDAY
NIGHT. ADDITIONAL SNOWFALL AMOUNTS OF 6 TO 8 INCHES WILL BE
POSSIBLE FOR MUCH OF NORTH DAKOTA...WITH SNOWFALL TOTALS OF 2 TO 6
INCHES ACROSS THE REMAINDER OF THE NORTHERN PLAINS. BY WEDNESDAY
MORNING...THE INTENSITY OF SNOWFALL WILL DECREASE ACROSS THE
NORTHERN PLAINS AS THE SURFACE LOW WEAKENS AND STAYS PUT IN THE
UPPER MIDWEST.
