*Please note: There is no "official" HPC track of Tropical Depression "Danny" while it was over land. The positions listed here were based on surface observations obtained from the North American Surface Charts, which are made every 3 hours. The times listed are Zulu times. 12Z is equivalent to 8:00 am EDT

**Please note: The HPC no longer performs surface analysis at 09Z and 21Z. Therefore, no positions were available at those times.

At 15Z Sunday September 20, 1998, the National Hurricane Center issued its last position for then Tropical Storm "Hermine". 
Official NHC position at 15Z Sunday September 20, 1998: 31.1N 90.2 

At 18Z Sunday September 20, 1998, the Hydrometeorological Prediction Center began tracking Tropical Depression "Hermine". 
First HPC position at 18Z Sunday September 20, 1998: 31.0N 90.9W

At 00Z Monday September 21, 1998 the remnants of T.D. Hermine were no longer being classified as a Tropical Depression.
