Mid-Atlantic into New England.

Gale Warnings are in effect along much of the Atlantic coastline.

At 900 PM EDT...A rapidly deepening coastal low pressure system
was analyzed off the Carolina coastline with a central pressure of
988 mb, or 29.17 in Hg. Surface observations and regional radar
depict widespread moderate to heavy showers and thunderstorms
streaming inland across the Eastern Seaboard as the low pressure
lifts to the northeast.

Heavy rainfall and gusty winds are expected to focus over the
Northeast and New England by tomorrow morning as the storm system
tracks inland with time. A Slight Risk of Excessive Rainfall
remains in effect through tomorrow morning across the Mid-Atlantic
and Northeast, which shifts into interior New England on Tuesday.
