...Atmospheric river to continue weakening across the Pacific
Northwest through tonight...

Flood watches are in effect for portions of extreme northwestern
California

Flood warnings and advisories are in effect for portions of
western Washington, western Oregon, northeastern Washington and
northern Idaho.

At 600 PM PST...A frontal boundary was draped southwest to
northeast across the Pacific Northwest. Regional Doppler radars
are indicating light to moderate rainfall focusing along the
surface boundary from northwest California and western Oregon into
central and eastern Washington and northern Idaho. Some wind gusts
upwards of 40 mph have also been observed across portions of the
Cascades in western Washington and western Oregon with this event.

The ongoing atmospheric river should will continue to taper off
through this evening and into tonight as the Pacific cold front
steadily moves inland. Although the heaviest rainfall has already
occurred with this event, some locations may get up to an
additional inch, but most areas should be less than that. This
