...Snow is tapering off this morning across the northern Plains...

Winter Weather Advisories are in effect for portions of the
northern Rockies and northern Minnesota.

At 900 AM CDT...The upper-level trough driving this snowfall event
was exiting the northern Plains and entering southern Canada.
National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated scattered light
snow showers lingering over portions of the northern Rockies and
only isolated light snow showers over the northern Plains. Cold,
arctic air continues to funnel into the Central U.S. in the lee of
the Rockies.

morning and are expected to come to an end this afternoon.
Isolated light snow showers may linger slightly longer into this
