Mid-Atlantic...

Flood Watches, Warnings, and Advisories extend from central and
eastern North Carolina to the southern Delmarva

Coastal Flood Watches and Warnings extend from southeastern
Virginia to southwestern Connecticut

Wind Advisories are in effect for portions of South Carolina,
northern Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and New Jersey

At 1000 PM EDT...Latest surface observations and regional radar
mosaic depict broken bands of moderate to heavy rainfall across
portions of southeastern Virginia and Maryland. Bands of light to
moderate rain extend well to the north into southeastern New York
and southern New England. Gusty winds extend from eastern Virginia
northward along the Mid Atlantic Coast. For more information
