...Scattered heavy showers and thunderstorms continue as remnant
moisture from Hilary dwells over the Northern Rockies and Great
Basin tonight...
Flood Watches are in place in portions of the Northern Rockies and
Great Basin.
High Wind Warnings are in place in parts of southeast Montana.
Wind Advisories are in place over western Montana, eastern Idaho,
and northern Utah.

At 700 PM PDT...Latest surface observations and regional radar
mosaic show widely scattered showers over the Northern Rockies on
south to the northern Great Basin. Hilary no longer has a denoted
circulation center at the surface, but its remnant moisture
remains responsible for the showers throughout the region this
evening. Note: rainfall observations for California and Arizona
were collected beginning this Friday at 7 AM PDT, while
observations over Nevada were collected starting Saturday at 7 AM
PDT.

Hilary's remnant moisture will linger through the overnight hours
across the northern Rockies and interior Northwest. Accordingly,
isolated to scattered instances of flash flooding are possible
tonight across much of the interior Northwest, where a Slight Risk
of Excessive Rainfall is in effect for portions of northern ID and
northwest MT. For more information regarding the Excessive
Rainfall impacts due to the remnants of Hilary, refer to the
Weather Prediction Center at wpc.ncep.noaa.gov.
