through the Lower Great Lakes and Northeast. Latest RADAR and

ground blizzard conditions at times in parts of eastern North

the Northern Plains and Upper Midwest, which, in combination with

portions of North Dakota. Further east, mixed precipitation was
ongoing across the interior Northeast, with freezing rain reported
throughout Maine and higher elevations of New Hampshire.

The low pressure system is forecast to continue tracking
northeastward through central Ontario late Wednesday evening. The
light snow falling across the Upper Midwest and northern Great
Plains on the backside of the low will taper off as the low tracks
further away into Canada with minimal additional snow
accumulation. Strong winds through Wednesday evening will continue
to produce blowing snow at times across eastern portions of the
Dakotas, before subsiding early Thursday morning. Finally, mixed
precipitation falling in the interior Northeast will continue
overnight Wednesday before tapering off during the early Thursday
morning hours from west to east. Additional freezing rain
accretions up to 0.1-0.25", and sleet accumulations of 0.5-1" will
be possible across Maine and higher elevations of New Hampshire.

The next Storm Summary will be issued by the Weather Prediction
Center at 1000 AM CDT. Please refer to your local National Weather
Service office for additional information on this event.
