...Rainfall from Post-Tropical Cyclone Nicholas continues across
portions of the Central Gulf Coast eastward into the Georgia and
Carolina Piedmont...
Flash Flood Watches are in effect for southern Mississippi,
southern Alabama, and the Florida Panhandle.
Flood Warnings are in effect for areal rivers and coastal areas
from southeastern Louisiana through southern Mississippi.

At 900 AM CDT...National Weather Service Doppler radar detected
sporadic moderate rainfall across Southeast Louisiana, Florida
Panhandle, and northeastward to the Georgia and Carolina Piedmont.
An additional area of scattered storms was approaching the
West-Central Florida Peninsula. The center of Nicholas is
ill-defined and elongated, but was analyzed over the southern
Louisiana coast at 29.70N, 91.70W. For information regarding the
