...Widespread rainfall and gusty winds from Tropical Depression
Nicholas continue across the Southeast from Florida northeast to
the Carolinas...

Flood Warnings are in effect for areal rivers and coastal areas
from southern Louisiana east through the Florida Panhandle.

Flash Flood Watches are in effect for portions of central and
southeastern Louisiana, southern Mississippi, southern Alabama,
and the Florida Panhandle.

At 900 PM CDT...National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated
widespread moderate to heavy rainfall was occurring across the
Southeast from the Florida Panhandle and Big Bend northeastward to
the Carolinas, well to the east and north of the center of
Nicholas over south-central Louisiana. An additional band of
scattered storms was moving northward through the northern Florida
Peninsula. Only a few light showers remained around the storm
center. Below are preliminary rainfall and wind observations
