...Widespread rainfall and gusty winds from Tropical Depression
Nicholas continue across the central Gulf coast from southern
Louisiana to the Florida Panhandle...

Flash Flood Warnings are in effect for portions of eastern
Louisiana and southern Mississippi.

Flash Flood Watches are in effect for portions of southern
Louisiana, southern Mississippi, southern Alabama, and the western
Florida Panhandle.

Flood Warnings are in effect for areal rivers from far eastern
Texas into southern Louisiana.

At 900 AM CDT...National Weather Service Doppler radar indicated
widespread moderate to heavy rainfall was occurring to the north
and well east of the center of T.D. Nicholas from southern
Mississippi to the western Florida Panhandle. Lingering rainbands
with moderate to heavy rainfall were also observed lifting
northeast across southeastern Louisiana. Additionally, the
strongest winds associated with T.D. Nicholas were located in
southern Louisiana and southwest Mississippi, with gusts reaching
25mph. Below are preliminary rainfall and wind observations
