Carolina and Georgia...

A Tropical Storm Watch extends from southeastern North Carolina
along the Mid-Atlantic Coast to Coastal New England.

Flood Watches are in effect from Central Florida north through the
southern Low Country of Georgia.

A Flash Flood Watch extends from South-Central North Carolina
through Central New Jersey.

A Tornado Watch is in effect over portions of the Low Country of
South Carolina and Georgia.

Flood Warnings are in effect over portions of the eastern Florida
Panhandle.

A Tropical Storm Warning is in effect over Northeast Florida,
Southeast Georgia, and Coastal South Carolina.
