THE SURFACE LOW IS EXPECTED TO RAPIDLY DEEPEN AS IT MOVES UP THE
NEW ENGLAND COAST. HEAVY SNOWFALL WILL INTENSIFY AND CONTINUE TO
AFFECT NEW ENGLAND INTO +MONDAY WITH STORM TOTAL SNOW
ACCUMULATIONS OF AS MUCH AS 1 TO 2 FEET...WITH LOCALLY HIGHER
AMOUNTS POSSIBLE. IN ADDITION TO HEAVY SNOW...THE DEEP CYCLONE OFF
THE COAST WILL CAUSE STRONG TO POTENTIALLY DAMAGING WINDS ACROSS
MUCH OF THE NORTHEAST LEADING TO POSSIBLE BLIZZARD CONDITIONS AND
DANGEROUS TRAVEL.
THE NEXT STORM SUMMARY WILL BE ISSUED BY THE WEATHER PREDICTION
CENTER AT 1000 AM EST. PLEASE REFER TO YOUR LOCAL NATIONAL WEATHER
SERVICE OFFICE FOR ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON THIS EVENT.
