MISSISSIPPI VALLEY. ANOTHER 1 TO 3 INCHES OF RAIN...WITH LOCALLY
HIGHER AMOUNTS...IS FORECAST ACROSS SOUTHEASTERN TEXAS AND INTO
THE LOWER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY. ELSEWHERE...GENERALLY 1 TO 2 INCHES
OF RAIN IS POSSIBLE FROM NORTH-CENTRAL TEXAS TO THE CENTRAL
PLAINS. GIVEN PREVIOUSLY HEAVY RAINFALL OVER THESE SAME
AREAS...FLASH FLOODING WILL REMAIN A THREAT FROM TEXAS INTO THE
MISSOURI VALLEY.
