SURFACE OBSERVATIONS INDICATE AREAS OF RAIN STREAMING EAST
NORTHEASTWARD ACROSS NORTHERN CALIFORNIA...WESTERN WASHINGTON AND
OREGON...WITH ADDITIONAL RAIN OCCURING OVER NORTHERN NEVADA INTO
SOUTHERN IDAHO. LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW CONTINUES TO FALL IN THE
