LIGHT TO MODERATE SNOW EXTENDING FROM NEBRASKA TO ILLINOIS. RAIN
WAS FALLING FROM SOUTHEAST TEXAS THROUGH THE LOWER MISSISSIPPI
VALLEY AND INTO THE LOWER OHIO RIVER VALLEY...WHERE POCKETS OF
FREEZING RAIN AND SLEET WERE MIXING WITH THE RAIN. THIS AREA OF
PRECIPITATION IS EXPECTED TO CONTINUE SPREADING NORTHEAST SUNDAY
